In the last week alone temperatures have risen over 90 degrees Fahrenheit every day and will continue to do so until rainy season graces us with its presence. In the meantime, we need to make sure we stay hydrated, happy, and nutrient-filled. Here is one healthy, yummy smoothie that can help you do just that!

  1. Wash all your ingredients with clean water.
  2. Chop them up.
  3. Throw them in to your blender.
  4. Blend until everything reaches an even consistency.
  5. Enjoy!
Note:
If you prefer your smoothies milky, you can include half a cup of soya or almond milk and reduce the amount of ice.
