These contain all sorts like blue berries, oranges, pineapples, flax seeds, yoghurt, almond milk, and even chocolate!
"Blue-Bana" Smoothie

- 1 Banana (fresh or frozen; peeled and chopped)
- 1 Cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 ½ Tablespoon Flax seeds
- 150ml Plain yogurt (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 150ml Soy milk or Almond milk (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Dip chopped banana in lemon juice to prevent it from discoloration
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker, blend until smooth. Serve.

- 150 ml Chocolate, Soy or Almond milk
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey (optional; Laser, Sehai, American)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker, blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and top with whipped cream. Serve.
