Abuja’s Biggest Online Grocery Store Nkataa.com turns 4 – A Celebration of Convenience

Four years ago, with a mission to encourage a convenient lifestyle by offering the delivery of essential goods and services to doorsteps and, offering customers the friendliest experience in the process. Nkataa was launched. We stepped into an untapped market with hopes to dominate. We did something that had not been done.

We created a platform to offer unique products that are not normally found online. Who would have imagined that there would be a time where blended crayfish or pepper could be ordered just from a click on their mobile phone. Or where you could sit at home and order groceries, household items, baby products, drinks, drugs and even make up!

Indeed we grew. From a staff strength of 4 to now over 100 we pride in being Abuja’s No 1 online food, grocery and household store.

It’s been 4 amazing years and we are celebrating today not because of how far we’ve come but because of how well we have served and the overwhelming support we’ve had all through the years. No doubt, without all our supporters, friends, customers and vendors we wouldn’t have been where we are today.

In this 4 years, we have launched a supermarket, a restaurant, a logistics service and we just got nominated as one of the Top 100 SMEs in Nigeria by VConnect. Nkataa has evolved from being just an online store to a lifestyle. From bringing the supermarket to your doorstep now we are the market.
