Let’s dive in! You’ll need:

Note: I didn’t specify measurements because of individual preference for this particular banana date (dabino) smoothie. Smoothies should be fun and enjoyed the way you choose; datey, creamy or milky.
- If using dry dates, soak it for 24 hours to get it moist. For fresh dates, just wash and remove seeds.
- Slice the bananas for easy blending.
How To Make It
- Pour the almond milk into a blender or food processor.
- Add the required quantity of dates into the milk and blend to make a puree.
- Add the bananas to the puree and blend until smooth.
- Add the oats to the mixture. You can either blend further or let it soak for 2 minutes.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
